The Burford Recruitment Company are working in partnership with a highly successful wealth management company based in West Oxfordshire.  Our client is seeking an experienced and capable Senior Paraplanner to work as part of a busy West Oxfordshire team.

The main purpose of the role is to support colleagues with technical enquiries and to produce compliant reports and supporting documentation for clients in order to support the recommendations made by their adviser.

You will be an assured and skilled communicator, particularly in your written work in order to produce clear and accurate bespoke reports as well as having the knowledge to revise and update report templates in response to legislative changes.

Your previous experience will allow you to confidently analyse client information and existing investments/insurances, identifying any gaps in the clients’ financial plans and present on technical issues at adviser meetings.

This is a busy and varied role that requires at least 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry of which a minimum of 2 years has been in a paraplanning role within a firm of financial advisers.  As a Senior Paraplanner your role would also be one of a mentor to Junior members of the team so experience in this area would be advantageous.
